The aim of the support is to increase movement of employees, fostering knowledge transferand promoting collaboration between Estonian research and development institutions, universities, and the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SekMo support allows for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li><strong>Hiring a researcher in a company or public sector institution<\/strong>&nbsp;(to conduct applied research or experimental development projects).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transitioning a top specialist from a company or public sector institution to a university, applied higher education institution, or research institution<\/strong>&nbsp;(to conduct teaching, research, or innovation activities, technology transfer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employing a knowledge transfer doctoral student in a company<\/strong>&nbsp;(the doctoral thesis is based on the employer\u2019s activities).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-el\">Hiring a researcher in a company or public sector institution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligible Applicants:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li>Private sector: A legally registered private legal entity in the Estonian Business Register, non-profit associations, and foundations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public sector: A state or local government institution registered in the national register of state or local government institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">!
