{"id":104032,"date":"2025-07-03T10:04:54","date_gmt":"2025-07-03T07:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/etag2025.etag.ee\/funding\/closed-support-measures\/closed-programmes\/mobilitas-2008-2015\/"},"modified":"2025-09-04T11:36:22","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T08:36:22","slug":"mobilitas-2008-2015","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/etag.ee\/en\/funding\/closed-support-measures\/closed-programmes\/mobilitas-2008-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobilitas 2008-2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"classic-editor\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-el\">Researcher mobility programme MOBILITAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Through the researcher mobility programme Mobilitas postdoctoral researchers and top researchers had a possibility to apply for a grant to carry out a research in Estonia or abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">The objective of the programme is to activate international exchange of researchers and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">The programme Mobilitas will last for eight years (2008-2015), with the total budget of 20.3 million euros, of which up to 85% is granted by the European Social Fund, state funding is no less than 10% and self-financing of the partners (Estonian R&amp;D institutions) reaches at least 5%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full wp-el\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/etag.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3428\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The target group is as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li><strong>top researchers<\/strong>&nbsp;who come from abroad to work in an Estonian R&amp;D institution to create their own research group and do research in the first priority area of the Estonian Research and Development and Innovation Strategy 2007-2013 (information and communication technology, material technology, biotechnology, energy, environment technology, and health). The duration of the top researcher grant is no less than 3 years, the grant must end no later than 31 July 2015.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>postdoctoral researchers&nbsp;<\/strong>who come from abroad to work in an Estonian R&amp;D institution. It is also possible to be awarded a grant for going from Estonia to a R&amp;D institution of a foreign state as well as an inter-Estonian grant. The number of researchers going to a foreign state cannot exceed 20% out of all grants awarded from the programme. The amount of inter-Estonian grants will not exceed 10% of all postdoctoral grants.
