In a rapidly changing world, taking evidence-based solutions into account is more important than ever, making dialogue between researchers, society, and policymakers essential. Each year, the conference focuses on a societally significant topic, explored through presentations offering diverse perspectives and supported by panel discussions in which policymakers, entrepreneurs, and researchers engage in joint debate. The aim of the conference is to strengthen the impact of evidence-based decision-making on societal and economic development and to reinforce dialogue between policymakers and the research community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Science Communication Conference<\/strong> \u2013 the annual flagship event for professionals in the field of science communication, fostering collaboration between researchers and communication practitioners. Its purpose is to promote knowledge exchange, engage diverse target groups in the effective and creative communication of research, and share best practices in presenting science and technology to society, both from Estonia and the wider international science communication network. The conference traditionally includes the award ceremony for the Estonian Science Popularisation Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>TeadusEST<\/strong> \u2013 an annual science forum that provides an overview of the most significant developments in Estonian research and research governance, while creating space for discussion of topical scientific issues and future challenges. The forum brings together researchers, heads of research and development institutions, research administrators, science advisers from ministries, and other stakeholders interested in research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">These conferences provide important platforms for dialogue and networking, strengthening evidence-based decision-making, advancing public understanding and communication of science, and supporting cooperation between the academic, public, and private sectors.
