Information day for 2019 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships
April 25, 13:00 - 15:00
The Estonian Research Council and TalTech invite you to the info day on Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships on 25 April at 13.00-15.00. The info day will be in English and will take place at Ehitajate tee 5, NRG-422.
The info day is targeted at both researchers who wish to apply for the Fellowship themselves, as well as potential supervisors who wish to host post-docs from abroad.
The aim of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSC) Individual Fellowships, funded from the Horizon 2020 programme, is to support the career development of researcher through mobility. Researchers in possession of a PhD can apply for the fellowships to broaden and diversify their competence abroad. In most cases, the so-called mobility criterion applies: applicants must not have resided or worked in the country of the host organisation where they are applying to go for more than 12 months in the last 3 years prior to the call deadline. MSC Individual Fellowships support also reintegration of researchers in Europe after a period of mobility outside Europe, and the return to research after a career break (for example, parental leave). In these cases a more flexible mobility criterion is applied: the duration of stay in the host country must not exceed 3 years in the last 5 years.
The call for applications for the 2019 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships will open on 11 April, with a deadline on 11 September 2019.
