The first call of the partnership “European Partnership on Accelerating Farming Systems Transition – Agroecology Living Labs and Research Infrastructures” (AGROECOLOGY) on the topic “Fostering Agroecology at Farm and Landscape Levels” is now open.
This call for research and innovation projects addresses a transition to agroecology in the context of both conventional and organic farming systems.
Proposals must address one of the two themes and at least three of the subthemes mentioned under the chosen theme:
- Theme 1: Enhancing agroecology at the farm level
- Theme 2: Implementing agroecology at the landscape level
The call is conducted as two-step-procedure:
- The deadline for pre-registrationof proposals is 26 April 2024 (14:00 CEST)
- The deadline for proposal submission is 19 September 2024 (14:00 CEST)
Estonian participants are financed by the Estonian Research Council or the Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture by 100,000 euros (project partner) or by ETAG by 300,000 euros (coordinator).
Research consortia should consist of a minimum of three partners requesting funding from at least three different countries and Funding Parties from this co-funded call. All partners must meet the requirements of their national funding organization.
