Results of the JSPS postdoctoral scholarship call for research in Japan

JSPS (Japanese Society for Promotion of Science) scholarship call 2022 for research in Japan has ended. The call was open from September 2021 to March 2022.

The program aims to promote international cooperation and mutual understanding through research in Japan. All fields of the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences are included under this program.

Applications were submitted by four researchers and Dr. Joanna Kitsnik (Kyoto University) was nominated for the scholarship by ETAG.

Dr. J. Kitsnik will continue her research in Sophia University, Tokyo (Faculty of Human Sciences, Department of Sociology) on the topic „Understanding Attitudes Towards Wealth Inequality: The Role of Normative Ideas of Justice and Fairness” with prof. Carola Hommerich.

Next call for JSPS scholarship will be announced in autumn 2022. Additional information is available on ETAG website.
