The final report of the project “Gender equality in Estonia – current situation and ways of improving” is available in English

The  research conducted by the Centre for Applied Social Sciences (CASS) of the University of Tartu studied the academic staff of six public universities and seven public R&D institutions. Read the final report here.

This research was funded by the Estonian Research Council under the programme (RITA) supported by the European Regional Development Fund. RITA aims to increase the role of the state in the strategic guidance of research and the capabilities of R&D institutions in conducting research of major importance for society. Through RITA, ETAG provides funding to appliedresearch with socioeconomic objectives to meet the needs of the Estonian State.
