MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships: how to attract talents?

The Estonian Research Council, the Latvian Council of Science, the Research Council of Lithuania, and Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange National Contact Points are inviting you to join the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships online event on February 28th, from 10:30 to 12:30 (EET), on MS Teams platform.

This event will focus to spotlight the role and different practices in potential and former MSCA PF host institutions in Baltic States and Poland, also paying attention to the supervisors. The aim of the event is to encourage more Baltic and Polish institutions to take an active part in MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships scheme and to attract young talents.

The event agenda will cover topics as the MSCA Guidelines on Supervision, EURAXESS portal opportunities, MSCA-NET Matchmaking platform features. In addition, three different stories from Baltic institutions on a practice to become a PF host will be shared. The event will also include an experience of a supervisor.

The participants will be able to submit their questions to the speakers, when registering for the event or during the event.

Registration is open until February 27th, 12:00 EET.
